This place has hands down the nicest people working here and the owner is just as nice. While yes it is a business and they are here to make money, they are very understanding and take everything into consideration. A few times it took me a little longer to get the room rent into the day. They weren’t happy but they gave me a chance and that is by far more than a lot of the hotels around here have done. Also I haven’t seen ANY bugs whatsoever. The only thing I could complain about is the selection in the vending machine and the trash around the property. (I have been picking it up some myself when out walking the property) Come on people(guests) just because it is a hotel doesn’t mean you have to just throw your trash on the ground. The train out back gets a little loud and repetitive but it is soothing to me because I lived this close to one when I was young.
Since I have been here management has looked out for me and family. Made sure the first few rooms we were in was cleaned and up to par. Never had any issues. Staff always listens and make sure it gets done.
My experience here has been really good from the manager to housekeeping. Keep the rooms up and clean. They do not tolerate any type of riff raff or folks hanging around the building. Good video camera system to keep it safe. I really love the fact that the hotel manager checks up on you to see how everything is going and will fix any issues if there is any. Oh the weekly rates are affordable and reasonable.
Rooms: pretty good for a Motel 6 Service: Phone was disconnected by way of there was no cord to plug it in, just a phone, on the night stand. TV needed channel scan for digital channels. Location: near a bunch of things. So that's nice, no late night food in the parking lot just an fyi
This motel has been really helpful with everything...Shok has been especially polite and has gone above and been in making sure my fiance and I feel save and are good...the housekeeping staff both taby and the other lady and the mantince guy have been great at keeping rooms clean and making sure guests have whatever they need ....not to mention the fact that my e.s.a. has been welcomed with loving and adoring arms.
Came from Texas stayed here 4going in 5 months They are pet friendly They have a lot of space to walk for pets around. They have great cable and Wi-Fi. Staff is helpful and welcoming
